On this page you will find the sales, delivery and payment conditions of www.neatlynamed.com.

  1. General
    1. All our shipping and services are subject to the following sales-, delivery-, and payment conditions.
    2. On all rights, commitments, obligations, special offers, orders and agreements under which these general conditions are apply, explicitly and unconditionally follow and will be judged under Dutch law.
  2. PricingAll prices on our site are in Euro’s and inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate, excluding postage.
  3. Shipping costs
    1. For sending/ posting our labels Neatlynamed charges delivery costs.
    2. The delivery costs are € 2.95 for delivery within Europe, € 3,50 for delivery outside Europe, disregarding the amount of labels you order.
    3. It is not possible after ordering to add more packs of labels to your order.
    4. All orders will be shipped by airmail within 10 days of receiving your payment.
    5. Neatly-named is not responsible for any excess delivery time, loss or damage by the post. The post handles all our mail and the delivery depends on them. Guidelines for delivery which we received from the post are: Within Europe: average of 3 days, Outside Europe: average of 8 days. Neatly-named cannot give you any guarantees.
  4. Payment
    1. After placing your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with in it your order details and an order number. You will also receive an email regarding your payment, whether is has been processed already (credit card) or the bank account in which you will have to pay the amount due. (money transfer through internet banking) If you choose to pay by money transfer you will receive an email with payment details.
    2. Due to personal character of our labels, they will be produced only after payment.
    3. Payment has to be received within 5 days of placing your order after which the labels will be produced and shipped.
    4. Our payments are being handled by Triple Deal, an international payment platform. They guarantee the safe and secure completion of your payment.
    5. Neatlynamed will send you an email when the payment is received and the labels are being produced and shipped.
  5. Ordering
    1. After you place your order with us, a separate email will be send off confirming your order. On it will be an order number. If you have questions about your order, please refer to this number. After you received your order confirmation, check if you made any spelling or other mistakes in the text of your labels. If so, let us know a.s.a.p but at least within 2 days so we can correct them.
    2. Because of ordering a personalised product you cannot cancel your order due to poor judgement or change of mind.
  6. Right of return
    1. Neatlynamed tries very hard to deliver to you a perfect and handy product. If after all you are not satisfied, the products can be returned within 3 days with a valid reason and get a reprint or moneyreturn.
    2. This is only possible after you notified us by email.
    3. After receiving the products, neatly named will charge back the amount (without the deliverycosts) on your bankaccount.
    4. There will be no right of return when:
      • You put the wrong text/icon on your product and you have not notified us of this within 3 days.
      • You have not followed our usage instructions.
    5. If a client has received a (partly) wrong delivery , neatly named will take care of sending the right labels.
    6. It might occur that there are slight differences in the colours and fonts of the delivered products in comparison the which they are shown on our site or brochure. This is normal and you will have no right of return.
  7. Liability
    1. All products in our collection are subject to high quality requirements. We cannot be held liable for any damage, physically as well as material and immaterial as a consequence of wrong use of the products sold by Neatlynamed.
    2. The content of this website had been carefully composed. We cannot exclude that some information might be incomplete. Neatlynamed is not responsible for any consequences resulting of the incorrect or incomplete information on their website.
    3. Neatlynamed is not responsible for any type errors or any difference in colour as a result of monitor quality. The print and colours can slightly differ as compared to the display of the website, Neatlynamed cannot be responsible for this.
    4. Neatlynamed is not responsible for consequences resulting of a delayed delivery of the order and for typing mistakes or other mistakes in the text that was filled in by the client. Neatly named as the right to refuse characters that we cannot print and to alter or remove text that we find cannot be printed.
  8. Force MajeureKeeping in account further rights coming forth, Neatlynamed has in case of force majeure the right to exercise a delay, according the agreement.
  9. PrivacyAll personal information given to us will only be used by us and will never be made available to third parties.
